Do you offer a free trial?

Spiffy is a paid trial backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use the platform, work with support, schedule your setup call if your plan includes one, and if Spiffy is not the right fit inside that window, contact us for a refund. You can review the refund terms in our Terms.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Pro, Business, and Scale can be billed monthly or annually. Monthly plans are designed to stay flexible, and annual billing gives you the strongest price. Enterprise accounts may require dedicated terms, including a minimum commitment, when custom development, implementation, or support needs are more involved.

Does Spiffy charge transaction fees?

No. The listed Pro, Business, Scale, and Enterprise plans have 0% Spiffy transaction fees. The transaction fees you pay are the normal payment processor, card network, gateway, or merchant account fees connected to your payment setup.

Do you support merchant accounts?

Yes. Spiffy Payments is our traditional merchant gateway service for Business, Scale, and Enterprise accounts. It gives eligible businesses a bank-underwritten merchant account with predictable operations, transparent pricing, and portability, alongside supported gateway options like Stripe and PayPal.

Can I add more checkouts to the Pro plan?

Yes. Pro includes 20 active checkouts, and if checkout capacity is the only thing you need more of, you may not need to move to Business. Email [email protected] with the number of checkouts you need, and we can talk through the additional pricing.
